We offer a 30-day return window, beginning on the date your order is delivered. Requests must be submitted and items shipped back within this timeframe, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Returns submitted outside of the 30-day window are not eligible for approval.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
Insert pillows, comforters, duvet inserts, or quilts
Select sale or final sale items
Gift cards, physical or digital
We take great care in packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact hello@dormestudio.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
Clear photographs of the issue
A brief description of the concern
Eligible claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund.
If your order has not arrived within 60 days of shipment, and the shipping address provided was accurate and complete, you may choose between a full refund or reshipment.
DORMÉ Studio is not responsible for delays, losses, or non-delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping details.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will coordinate with the carrier to investigate. If the shipment cannot be recovered, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost. Refunds are not available for lost packages.
To receive a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order once your return is approved. All exchanges are subject to availability.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–8 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders are already in processing and cannot be canceled.
